11am. Kicking off the day with a little fitness before all the fun. It's an hour of all things fitness perfect for all levels: 20 minute boot camp, 20 minute zumba or similar, and 20 minute yoga. All for a good cause and followed up with a beer. We will be asking for a $30 donation to PAAR, Pittsburgh Action Against Rape.
